The Rosenthal Meat Science and Technology Center has their November Specials posted here. Featured are great items for a deer hunting trip and Thanksgiving feast. Presented this month are sausages, beef jerky, spiral sliced hams, boneless hams and pre-cooked prime rib roasts. The Rosenthal Center is located on the West Campus between the Kleberg Center and the Horticulture/Forest Building, South of Bio/Bio and North of Reed Arena, at the north end of Lot 74. The retail area is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m – 6 p.m. For tailgating needs, the center will be open on Saturdays for home football games. The center offers a variety of beef, pork and lamb cuts, cured and smoked ham and bacon, sausages, and its nationally recognized Texas Aggie Brand Beef Jerky.
